Biography

I was born and raised in Kumamoto and left for Tokyo when I enrolled at this university. Then I went on to Department of Chemistry because I felt unlimited possibilities in Chemistry, which has formed the basis of the present lifestyle of human beings. I am especially interested in Spectroscopy, which deals with sub-microscopic things like molecules and creates visual results that build the basis for further analysis. Through the study of Spectroscopy I’d like to increase the number of systems that can be chemically analyzed and contribute to the development of “Chemistry” itself.

My Research Interests

Photochemistry, Computational Chemistry, Spectroscopy
